UmniTech is an AI consultancy providing AI strategy, implementation and training services. You can reach us at contact@umnitech.eu.

2. What information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • your name and email address;
  • phone, company name and message content (optional);
  • referral information, if you indicate you were referred.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (IP address, access time, browser type) for security and reliability.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries;
  • To deliver services you have requested;
  • For follow-up communication related to your enquiry.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of:

  • taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months. If you become a client, data is retained according to applicable accounting and tax law.

6. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Netlify — website hosting and form processing;
  • Calendly — consultation bookings.

These providers have appropriate safeguards under GDPR. Data may be transferred outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • erase data ("the right to be forgotten");
  • restrict processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian data protection authority (CPDP).
